Waiver and Release of Liability for Maka's Taekwondo Event

I, {name}, understand and acknowledge that participating in the Maka's Taekwondo Event involves physical activity and inherent risks. By signing this waiver, I agree to assume all risks and responsibilities associated with participation in the Maka's Taekwondo Event, including but not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, and death.

I acknowledge and understand that the activities involved in the Maka's Taekwondo Event may include, but are not limited to, kicking, punching, jumping, rolling, falling, and sparring. I understand that these activities may cause or exacerbate physical injuries or conditions, and I assume all responsibility for my own health and well-being.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Maka's Taekwondo Event, its instructors, and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the Maka's Taekwondo Event, including but not limited to, injuries, illnesses, property damage, and death. I understand that I cannot sue any instructors for any reason.

I also acknowledge and understand that the tuition fee for the Maka's Taekwondo Event is non-refundable. I understand that I am responsible for the full payment, regardless of my participation in the camp.

I certify that I have adequate insurance coverage to cover any injuries or damages that may occur during my participation in the Maka's Taekwondo Event.

I have read this waiver and release of liability carefully and understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
